What happens if I want to cancel?

You can cancel anytime from the Settings page before your next billing period. No questions asked.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Upgrading is simple. Just head to Settings, pick the plan that fits your needs, and it’ll take effect right away.

What happens if I reach my plan’s transfer limit?

We never block payments, so there’s no need to worry! If you go over your monthly transfer limit, you’ll simply pay $0.50 for each extra external transfer. Moving money between your Sequence pods is always free.

Do I get a discount if I choose an annual plan?

Yes! Annual plans offer lower monthly rates and can save you up to 50% compared to paying month-to-month.

Is there a free trial?

We don’t offer a free trial, but you can cancel your subscription and get a full refund within the first 10 days.
